HR Professional of the Year

HRACO is pleased to announce that Karen Turner has been named 2011’s HR Professional of the Year.
Karen has served on the HRACO Board as the Membership Chair for several years. In 2011, Karen was the leading force in reaching out to the community to increase HRACO's membership numbers (even in a down economy!). Also in 2011, the board had a goal to improve communication with members and to create an "electronic newsletter" to share information regarding HRACO programs and other HR news of interest. Karen was instrumental in launching that project and making improvements to it throughout the year. Karen has spent the last 16 years with Express Employment Professionals. We are grateful for the time and energy that she has given to HRACO to improve the Central Oregon HR community. "Thank you!" and congratulations Karen!
