A well-established and growing team is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join their top-notch HR team on a contract basis. What You Get To Do! We are looking for an individual that will develop and implement staffing strategies including development of sourcing approaches, university recruitment programs, and company branding. This person will be experienced with Social Media Recruiting, Job Boards, and working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and able to handle high volume. Reporting to the VP of Human Resources, this role will support the Human Resources and Operations department in administering and managing full-cycle recruitment for the organization. • Support and help administer the department’s full cycle recruiting process starting with talent sourcing and continuing through the screening, interviewing and hiring stages. • Engage with hiring managers in the development of recruitment strategies, and assist with job description development prior to posting. Work with supervisor to ensure job descriptions are in line with organizational needs. • Facilitate candidate communications and coordinate all candidate interview scheduling and feedback. • Track and report on the job requisition and recruitment process in regular department meetings and 1:1 check-in with managers and executive staff. • Support and drive the creation of a strong candidate pipeline for current and future needs • Maintain strong social media presence and demonstrate solid understanding and experience attracting both, active and passive candidates using LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google +, etc. • Help to ensure the department delivers an extraordinary candidate experience throughout the application and hiring process. • Help to ensure that hiring practices are in compliance with federal and state laws. What You Will Need: • Experience with staffing for hospitality, healthcare and customer service organizations in rapid growth. • Strong knowledge and experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems is mandatory; Lever experience preferred • Superior verbal, listening and writing skills; skilled communicating with employees at all levels of an organization inclusive of executive management • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, and Outlook
