As a key member of the training delivery team you will have the opportunity to support Employees who use the company's internal Learning Management System (LMS). You will troubleshoot and resolve LMS issues; perform various LMS administration tasks including reporting, custom page maintenance, produce and automate training assignments, assist with testing of new content including, online courses, training materials, new LMS features and functionality. Above all you will contribute to the continuous improvement of training software systems and company delivery processes. • Provide excellent levels of tier 1 World Class Customer Service to end users and serve as a trusted advisor for all operational training approaches. • Troubleshoot user reported LMS and course challenges to identify root cause. • Document and escalate each issue in service tracking tools. • Escalate course issues to content teams and communicate with training team regarding all other identified issues. Follow through to ensure issue resolution. • Provide end user training and assistance with LMS navigation of general system, transcripts and reporting. • Interact with Help Desk resources as needed and maintain positive relationship. • Partner with stakeholders on end user system usage and feedback and system improvement opportunities. What You Will Need: • Bachelor’s degree preferred; • Relevant education or experience (adult learning, training development & administration); • Minimum 1+ years of customer service support required; • 1-3 years of LMS support/administration preferred. • Preferred experience in e-learning quality testing, technical troubleshooting processes, and the ability to multi-task and effectively manage competing deadlines and demands. • Preferred experience with Cornerstone Learning Management System, Google Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent interpersonal skills • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve • Ability to develop creative solutions • Ability to work effectively within a high performing team • Capacity for flexibility and responsiveness to changing demands and problem-solving skills • A passion for the work you do and the people you do it with!
