HR Professional of the Year
Serve as one of two specialists in the Human Resources (HR) Department providing customer service to internal and external customers, supporting daily HR department operations, and managing recruitments for all employee classifications. Additionally, this position participates in various HR projects to support college employees and services. The position is expected to maintain confidentiality at all times and represent the Human Resource Department with a high level of professionalism, tact, and diplomacy. Other Employment information: This is a full-time (1.0 FTE, 40hr week) 12-month non-exempt position at grade level 16 in the Classified Appendix schedule. Minimum Qualifications: 1. Associates Degree. 2. Minimum of two years of customer service experience in a fast-paced office environment, which involves greeting the public, responding to customer requests, answering multi-line phone systems, performing data entry, and demonstrating consistent organizational skills.
