Cascade Crest Transitions is hiring an Operations Director. Come be a part of a dynamic team in beautiful Bend, OR! This is a full time position. Summary: Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Program including, but not limited to, human resources, facility management, risk department, and computer operations. Essential Job Functions: Responsible for the day to day business operations of the Program including, but not limited to, some financial/accounting functions, facility management, risk department, and computer operations. Facilitates the efficient operations of physical plant including general maintenance and upkeep. Develops and implements appropriate risk management practice to ensure full compliance related to safety issues. Acts as a member of the Administrative (Executive) committee for the Program. Serve as resource for consultation and advice for subordinate support and professional staff. Assure all tasks related to the Student Account Fund are complete, supervise Administrative Assistant. Coordinates all maintenance with each phase location in a timely manner. Works with the Executive Director to develop plans for improvement to the physical building locations. Supervises a Facilities Manager in carrying out needed building maintenance and improvements. Supervises Facilities Manager in ensuring that all vehicles are properly inspected and maintained. Enforces and is accountable for safety policies and takes immediate corrective action to eliminate hazardous conditions and practices. Will conduct him/herself in an ethical and professional manner with students and parents at all times. Oversee Human Resource department, including recruiting and new hire process, paperwork, background checks, reference checks, payroll set up, benefits, personnel files, certifications, disciplinary actions, and employee reviews. Develop, Lead, and support supervisors with employee training and professional development. Assist Executive Director with A/P, A/R, and financial communication with parents. Manage master set of keys for all facilities. Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirements: Demonstrates problem solving skills and ability to multi-task. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High level of computer literacy. Strong organizational skills demonstrating ability to create and organize systems and manage details. Education or Equivalent Experience Required: Bachelors Degree required; Masters in relevant field preferred. 5-10 years of increasing responsible supervisory experience in above-mentioned disciplines. SHRM CP or SCP certification preferred.
