We are seeking a caring, compassionate and innovative Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter for Regency Pacific Management, you will be responsible for recruiting, sourcing and prescreening candidates for careers in healthcare utilizing multiple resources and tools to fill staffing needs across 18 of our communities located in Idaho and Washington in a timely manner. This position is 80% remote and 20% on-site, however the ideal candidate will live in or near Bend, Oregon. Education/Experience: Associates Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred, or equivalent education and work experience required. A minimum of 2 years recruiting experience required, healthcare recruiting experience highly preferred. Excellent written and oral communication skills. State Driver’s License and insurability required. Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and posting to job boards required. Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
