Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: - Coordinate the onboarding process for multiple locations around Oregon - Create job postings, conduct screenings, background checks and employment verifications. - Schedule and conduct new hire orientations. - Prepare new employee files + filing responsibilities. - Data Entry in HRIS - Support the Human Resources department in various tasks and duties. - Assure all safety policies and procedures are followed to prevent any and all unsafe actions, processes and behaviors observed. Minimum Qualifications: - At least one year of office/clerical support experience. Previous HR experience a plus. - Excellent communication, phone skills, inter-personal and superior organizational skills required. - Strong sense of urgency, proven attention to detail and comfortable working within deadlines. - Ability to follow directions, maintain work flow in areas of responsibility and handle difficult situations. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle information of a confidential nature. - Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen. - Display a professional and courteous attitude towards all team members and customers.
