Aerotek is seeking an HR Generalist for a rapidly growing manufacturing company in Redmond, OR. This is a full-time position with great medical, dental, vision and life insurance benefits as well as 401(k) with company match, PTO, paid holidays and gym membership reimbursement. This is a great opportunity to work on a dynamic team with a work hard, play hard culture! Job duties include: • Onboarding & Off-boarding employees • Enrolling employees in benefits • 401(k) reporting and inquiries • Scanning files for compliance and electronic record keeping • Payroll administration Minimum qualifications include: • 2-3 years of HR experience • Previous experience working for a manufacturing company or industry with over 100 hourly employees strongly preferred • Strong communication and problem solving skills • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite) • Accounting experience preferred
