The Corporate Recruiter will perform full lifecycle recruitment activities within a fast paced environment. • Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with leadership team • Partner with hiring teams on sourcing, attraction and assessment strategies • Develop individualized sourcing strategies • Maintain solid and up-to-date pipeline, funnel and conversion metrics; provide a synthesis of open requisitions, including distance from goal and objective statuses (on/off track) • Assist on additional key recruitment initiatives (events, job fairs, on-site campus treks, etc.) • Ensure consistency, efficiency and compliance with federal, state and local laws, and company policies • Ensure all activities are compliant with the established sourcing, recruiting, and selection procedures including maintaining appropriate record keeping What You Will Need: • A minimum of three years of progressive recruitment experience supporting hourly class and salaried hiring • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred • Experience working in a high-volume recruitment, results/production driven • Strong written and verbal communication skills; good business acumen and ability to give presentations • Commitment to learning and feedback • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to make objective judgments and decisions using integrity and consistency • Ability to build relationships and maintain confidentiality
