St. Charles Human Resources is looking for a Compensation Specialist to join our team. This position will be responsible for data collection, auditing and validation of various compensation related programs and other administrative/project support work as assigned. The Specialist will partner closely with other members of the St. Charles HR team and will be able to gain a valuable skill set to either grow their career in Compensation or other HR areas of interest. Successful applicants must have a high school diploma (bachelor's degree preferred) and at least two years’ experience working in an analytical-type role and/or experience in human resource support position.
