The Human Resources & Talent Acquisition/Development Manager will lead our Human Resources team and act as liaison between staff and leadership teams. This role is responsible for the innovation, development and implementation of a talent strategy that shapes an inspiring and magnetic culture aligned with the organization’s strategic goals, develops employees and leaders to their fullest potential and strengthens the talent pipeline with effective sourcing and recruiting processes. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Establish and manage a best-in-class end-to-end recruiting process, including the design of a robust talent acquisition strategy, sourcing, interviewing, score carding, assessments, reference and background checks, and ensure successful onboarding. Build and maintain strong functional teams for all service lines through effective sourcing, recruiting, training, coaching, team building, and succession planning. • Perform ongoing assessments of the workforce's current skill levels and compare them with the skills required to meet future business objectives. • Discuss training requirements with regional administers and departmental heads to develop training programs that improve skills throughout the company. • Develop curriculum with certification paths for employees. • Continuously evolve training curriculum based on feedback and research on trends and developments in the industry that can better improve the overall program. • Train and coach managers, supervisors and others involved in employee development efforts. • Plan, organize, facilitate and conduct seminars/trainings for employee development, including local, regional and for those in remote locations. • Track all completed training and conduct follow‐up studies to evaluate metrics, measure results and report program impact. • Provide oversight to all legal, transactional and administrative functions of Human Resources and Payroll • Stay updated on industry and professional best practices that ensure the highest level of experience. What You Will Need • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field • HR certification preferred • A minimum for five years in a well-rounded Generalist or Manager role • Proficiency in administering Learning Management Systems (LMS) and HRIS systems. • Intellectual curiosity, a deep growth mindset, and the desire to constantly improve. • Previous people management experience • Experience in a growth organization where quick decision-making and change agility skills • A passion for the work you do and the people you do it with!
