Opportunity: The Human Resources/Credentialing Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of the initial credentialing and privileging and re-credentialing and privileging process in accordance with the Mosaic Medical policy. This position will also support HR processes including but not limited to; communication, screening, verification, audits, and projects. Responsibilities: · Coordinate the initial and re-credentialing process of all employees, volunteers, contractors and locum tenens/temporary (Licensed Independent Practitioners, Other Licensed or Certified Practitioners, and Other Clinical Staff). · Initiate and maintain enrollment of all providers into existing insurance group contracts. · Oversee the credentialing database, including system setup, employee setup and maintenance, report development, investigation and resolution of system issues. · Support HR projects including but not limited to salary surveys, program and system implementations, and audits, etc. Skills & Knowledge: Skillful in the use of computers, spreadsheet software, and word processing software. Knowledge of HIPAA and confidentiality. Excellent organization skills, general office skills including use of fax, copier and phone system. Demonstrates attention to detail, follow through, and ability to meet deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and customer service orientation.
