Here at Webfoot, the hunt is on for a Seriously Great HR Generalist to help our teams succeed as a national leader in the painting & home improvement industry. In a never-ending pursuit to be the best, we are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our HR team! In this role, you will be responsible for the coordination and execution of Webfoot Painting and Webfoot Concrete Coatings recruiting timeline and will be responsible for all aspects of the hiring and selection process which includes phone screens, scheduling interviews, interviewing, reference checks, pre-employment screens, job fairs, community networking, new hire orientation and onboarding paperwork. In addition, this position supports the HR functions of payroll, benefits, Human Resources Information System (HRIS), worker’s compensation, unemployment compensation and employee relations. You will be expected to work upto 55 hours per week during busy summer months. Qualifications: Must have 3 years or more experience in Full-Cycle Recruitment/HR Administration Must be flexible and willing to work between 45-55 hours each week Must be able to work well under stress to meet weekly/monthly recruiting metrics Familiar with Google Platforms, applicant tracking systems and HRIS.
