The Human Resource Generalist will run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including recruitment, performance management, administering compensation and benefits, and enforcing company policies and practices in compliance with all state and federal employment laws. Qualifications: • SHRM-CP certification or educational equivalent • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar HR position. • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations. • Some knowledge of construction management helpful. • Valid Oregon driver’s license and driving record that meet insurance requirements. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. • Must have high ethical standards & be able to uphold Sun Forest’s excellent reputation in the business community.
