Deschutes Public Library is recruiting for a Learning & Development Program Manager who is responsible for learning and development design and delivery across all formats, platforms and levels in a centralized, multi-branch library district. Position Summary: The Learning and Development Program Manager leads the design, development, execution and continued evolution of the District’s employee and leadership development strategy. This position takes a holistic and continuous approach to development and is responsible for all aspects of the Learning and Development function, including needs assessment, design, delivery, implementation and evaluation. The incumbent is responsible for the District’s enterprise Learning and Development and Talent Management processes, using a highly collaborative and focused approach to help employees and leaders develop, sustain, share and apply knowledge and skills that have a measurable impact on District staff.
