We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team. Candidates with healthcare and/or labor relations experience are especially encouraged to apply! This role is responsible for aligning business objectives with caregivers and management in designated business units, service lines and/or support departments. Serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, a caregiver champion and change agent. Assesses and anticipates HR-related needs; communicates needs proactively within HR and business management; seeks to develop integrated solutions. Formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and caregivers that reflects the business objectives of the organization, including working closely with HR Generalists. Maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, midrange plans, culture and competition. This position does not directly manage other caregivers, however may be asked to review and provide feedback on the work of other caregivers.
