Opportunity This position assists the Human Resources (HR) Department with daily operations to include but not limited to: HR department administrative support, HR system data entry, maintenance of HR files and organizational charts, and support for employee recognition, onboarding, off boarding, and recruiting. Responsibilities • Provide professional and timely customer service support to internal and external customers. • Perform general administrative support for the Human Resources team including mail sorting, preparation of correspondence, distributing faxes, creation and maintenance of forms, annual collection of forms. • Process new hire paperwork, complete I-9, update HRIS with necessary information and complete e-verify. • Administer the Mosaic Bucks recognition program. Maintain, order and track gift card inventory.
