What more could 2020 throw at HR?  The pandemic and more brought legal changes and challenges... it’s time for a summary of changes and developments in the law, and how they impact employment and human resources issues!

This presentation will also cover Oregon and federal legal and legislative updates, as well as key court decisions from late 2019 through the present.  Notable topics include the FFCRA, the CARES act, protected leave, disability accommodations, discrimination claims, teleworking, and unemployment benefits.

Join us for a lively discussion filled with practical tips!
