About The Event

CATALYTIC COACHING - A PERFORMANCE DEVELOPMENT APPROACH TO PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

Whether you call them evaluations, appraisals, or counseling sessions, most managers dread conducting the traditional performance review almost as much as employees dislike receiving it. There is a better way.

Catalytic Coaching fixes what’s broken with the traditional performance review by focusing on the future. It creates an ongoing conversation between manager and employee that allows supervisors to stop being a critic or a judge and function instead like a coach!

In this presentation, Joe Marth, PhD, Vice President of Research and Development at Archbright, will present on Catalytic Coaching and its unique blend of employee engagement and performance management. Archbright is pleased to be a partner of Energage, allowing them to offer Catalytic Coaching. He will review its unique process designed to empower employees to take ownership of their professional development.
