Summary of Presentation

In a matter of weeks, labor strategies for maintaining a workforce and workplace have been turned on their heads! Kurt will share the legal ramifications of events that have occurred – newly-protected leaves of absence, layoffs & furloughs, and unemployment benefits. And we’ll look ahead at reopening the workplace, disability accommodations during COVID-19, updates from the EEOC and more.
