Presentation: Compensation 101 – Where Do We Begin?

This course will take you through the beginning steps of developing a compensation plan for your organization. You will learn how to develop a compensation philosophy and strategy for your organization, and why your compensation strategy should be tied directly to your business plan and company goals.  

Also included is how to choose market data sources, and price new positions within the company. Participants will have an opportunity to share ideas, discuss common problems, and ask questions.

Nancy is a Principal with Compensation Connections with over 25 years of management experience in addition to 10 years in human resources and total rewards. She has worked with hundreds of organizations throughout North America as a compensation consultant. She was the 2018 Director for Washington SHRM and is a past President of the Lake Washington Human Resource Association.
